We work with our clients using a 4-step process:

evaluate

Evaluate: In this process we get to know you—your current situation and desired
outcomes. We study company materials and metrics and interview key people to get the
information we need to tailor our programs to your environment and objectives.

design

Design/Development: This part of the process varies with the degree of customization
and new material needed. We do most of the work in this phase with periodic customer
updates and reviews between subject matter experts in our two companies.

delivery

Delivery/Implementation: This phase consists of delivery of programs to various
audiences in the organization including assessment and feedback from the customer. We
expect ongoing feedback to continuously improve the program’s effectiveness.

followup

Follow-up: We work with our customers to identify the best ways within their existing
structure and environment to support participants to practice and improve the new skills
learned in the program. These often include identifying specific initiatives for process
and performance improvements.
