Make powerful, detailed operating agreements to transform issues between team members and in other important relationships
Become more effective in having accountable communication with everyone they must inspire, lead or work with as partners
After participating in this development leadership training course as an intact team, team members will have the ability to stop bad behavior in and around the team and encourage direct, respectful, adult-to-adult relationships with peers, partners, reports and managers.
