After completing our Accountable Communication basic leadership management training, leaders will have a growing awareness of ineffective communication behaviors. They will understand how to repair damaged relationships and build more powerful relationships with peers, reports and managers.
They will be able to see the systemic, behavioral and emotional roots of a problem but they may not know how to deal with these issues in a way that simultaneously builds relationships, collaboration and resourcefulness. Our development leadership training Implementation Program is designed to help leaders apply accountability in day-to-day operations and increase the speed and effectiveness in reaching specific objectives.
We conduct the program in five sessions of four hours each over five months, in addition to group and private coaching sessions.
Participants will learn to:
