Our Company
Stratactics is a leading expert in experiential learning to foster behavior change. Our programs are proven
effective in business’s two most challenging topics—finance and communication.
Our History
Author Darrell Mullis founded Stratactics out of his passion for making learning fun, engaging, and meaningful.
His focus has been on creating simple activities that reduce difficult subjects to layman’s terms that leverage innovation. Success required developing programs that are easily customizable and learning processes that are
clear and simple enough to be understood in all of the world’s continents and cultures.
Our Philosophy
Because robotics and information technology have removed so many of the mundane tasks of work, every
manager and worker is now a decision maker with brain power infinitely capable of problem solving,
collaboration and innovation. Stratactics was founded to help companies unleash the latent capabilities in us all.
Successful learning and behavior change require three critical elements:
1. Relevance and meaning to a learner’s immediate choices and behaviors
2. Safety to pursue difficult and unknown topics without embarrassment
3. Challenge commensurate with the brain’s actual capacity for learning
Our Products and Services
Stratactics products and services are a reflection of our learning philosophy. Our highly interactive courses
utilize activities, games and role playing to provide actionable knowledge to help drive more effective
decision making.
Our financial literacy programs teach people strategy and tactics that follow nature’s lead—use the most
leverage to create the best outcome with the least effort.
Our communication programs teach students to embrace rather than fear and avoid the emotions that often surround challenging business situations. They get to practice new tools and skills in the real issues they are
facing rather that artificially simulated situations.
We want participants to leave our programs with robust new principles and strategies that let them deal
successfully and spontaneously with situations rather than having proscribed solutions that do not fit the
uniqueness of each event they face. |
